One year from the date of retail purchase, for all products, and it covers the original purchaser. It protects against manufacturing and material defects. The full conditions are in our Warranty Policy.

Normal wear and tear, damage from impacts, misuse or poor maintenance, damage from transport or storage, and products that were modified or repaired by anyone other than OGSO or an authorized OGSO retailer.

Go to the Quality claim page and fill in the claim form with your product details, serial number and proof of purchase. Please read the Warranty Policy first.

Photos of the entire ski (top and base), the engraved ski code with both skis together, the base directly below the damage, detailed photos of the damage on the right and left sides, and a photo of both skis side by side. For other products, send a photo of the whole product and a clear photo of the problem.

A receipt or order confirmation that shows the name of the dealer or retailer, the place and the date of purchase. Without it we cannot review the claim.

OGSO or the authorized retailer decides, at its sole discretion, whether to repair or replace the product at no charge, within a reasonable period. See section III of the Warranty Policy.
