The ascent starts either with a climb from the bottom of the Valle Blanche all the way up just to the right side of the Mont Blanc du Tacul, or you take the train from Chamonix to Montenvers and start from here or you take the cable car up to l’Aiguille du Midi and ski + climb many possible routes.
The descent starts either just beneath the Mont Blanc du Tacul or all the way on the right side of the big serac hanging over the couloir, scary but beautiful couloir taking you down via the Valle Blanche to Chamonix.
